These terms govern your use of this website and your engagement with RSR Growth Systems ("we," "us," "our"). By submitting the waitlist form or otherwise contacting us, you agree to the terms below.
This site describes our services — custom website design and development, plus optional add-ons such as Google Local Services Ads (LSA) management, missed-call text-back, SMS follow-up, review generation, and AI chat — and lets you join our waitlist to start a project.
Submitting the waitlist form does not create a contract or guarantee a project start date. It lets us follow up with you to schedule a discovery call. Actual project scope, pricing, timelines, and terms are agreed upon separately in writing before any work begins.
Website builds are quoted individually as a flat, one-time price. Every project also includes a recurring monthly retainer covering hosting, maintenance, and support, billed separately from the build price and scoped to what your project needs. Optional add-ons (growth tools, Google LSA management) may increase the monthly retainer or carry their own fees, and will always be disclosed and agreed to before being added. Specific pricing terms for your project will be confirmed in your proposal.
Once a website project is delivered and paid for in full, you own the code, content, and domain outright. Ownership of your website is not contingent on maintaining the monthly retainer — if you choose to cancel, the site remains yours; you would simply need to arrange your own hosting going forward.
By submitting your information, you agree that we may contact you by email (and by phone or text, if you provide a number and consent to that) about your inquiry, your project, and — unless you opt out — occasional updates about our services. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.
You agree not to use this website to submit false information, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, or misuse the contact form for purposes unrelated to genuine business inquiries.
This website and its content are provided "as is." While we aim to keep information accurate and current, we don't guarantee the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
